The ENCORE Project is addressing this challenge with AI-powered Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyze Open Educational Resources (OER), identify key knowledge areas and create new courses. This helps educators design courses that teach the most in-demand skills and prepare students for the future.

This approach makes it easier to recognize and prioritize emerging job market skills, bridging the gap between education and workforce needs.
