We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the internal pilot of the ENCORE platform, held in Greece on May 22, 2024. This event, organized by the HOU team and led by Dr. Alexandros Tzallas, Dr. Ioannis Paliokas, and Mr. Dimitrios Maretas, took place at the XRCENTER, University of Ioannina.

The pilot involved 30 master’s students from the Informatics and Telecommunication Department, focusing on evaluating the platform’s functionality and exploring its educational applications. Participants, acting as educators, provided valuable feedback through structured discussions and satisfaction questionnaires, highlighting the platform’s strengths and areas for improvement.

This 45-minute intensive session underscored the ENCORE platform’s potential to revolutionize educational practices by offering open access to high-quality educational resources. The enthusiastic participation and comprehensive feedback from students will be instrumental in refining the platform to better serve academic needs.
