đź“š At Chalmers University of Technology, they are committed to weaving diversity and inclusion into the fabric of our engineering programs. They have introduced new learning objectives focused on active actions to foster these essential values within our courses.

Challenges at Chalmers:

– Balancing Act: Integrating these objectives alongside the technical aspects of engineering education.

– Visibility & Traceability: Ensuring these goals are clearly visible and traceable across different programs and activities.

🔍 To address these challenges, they have launched a series of workshops with their Master Programme Directors and Teachers, using the innovative ENCORE platform. This tool is helping them to map out a clear path to integrate these critical values more deeply into their curricula.

What ENCORE Offers:

– Map of Constructive Alignment: Helps track and improve how these objectives are met over time.

– Potential as a Digital Thread: Acts as a digital blueprint to demonstrate how educational alignments are achieved and maintained.
