The project ENCORE (Enriching Circular Use of OERs for Education) started in July 2022.

By adopting AI- Artificial Intelligence and other technological tools, it has been performed an analysis of the literature with the aim of identifying the Green, Digital and Entrepreneurial skills needed by the workforce. As a second step, these results were validated by a questionnaire completed by more than 300 people (employer and academic staff), and via the consultation of the European platform “Skill Panorama”.

In the end, we were able to identify 15 new skills not yet incorporated into ESCO
